NFAA Outreach Project Manager

Erika connects with the clubs, shops, and state associations to help them grow and develop special programs and projects to further enhance the membership experience. She holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Project Management. As a lifelong NFAA member, Erika brings a unique perspective to the team. Her background in archery is extensive with 10+ years as a professional archer, 15 years as a member of Team USA, and formerly ranked #1 in the world for Compound Women. Erika retired from competitive archery after starting a family in 2015 and is very fortunate to still have a meaningful daily connection to the sport she loves. In her spare time, she enjoys making memories with her husband, two young boys, and yellow Labrador Retriever. Some of her favorite things include iced coffee, vegging out on reality shows and chick flicks, Amazon shopping, strength training, homemade cookies, and Nebraska football. GO BIG RED!!! Bucket list for her? Visit all the major college football stadiums in the country.
